Forget USA reputation, Dubai not relying on Obama!

November 24, 2013

There is an annual Dubai weapons market for Gulf nations. This took place last week, with a much larger USA presence. It seems our foreign relations are at such a low point from our fearless leader, offering more weapons for sale was the only way to make Gulf nations happier about USA. However, it also reflects the Gulf nations appraisal of the USA as an unreliable guardian ally. Don’t count on the USA protection, so build up your own protection by arming more.

Some low level State Department gal was bragging on how she was fighting to get permission to sell Gulf nations more high tech weapons. Right, she was sent on her way to peddle weapons and appease the uneasy alliances. Our fearless leader has torn apart our military readiness, while strutting around like a war hero. So we may not be building up our own military, but our best military weapons are being sold to Gulf nations who do not count on our military protection.

We are fortunate that we have well managed and innovative companies like Lockheed Martin, United Technologies, General Dynamics, Raytheon, and Northrop Gruman. The F-35 platform is now into a 5th generation with amazing shrouding technology that is not for sale. Of course, it doesn’t mean we won’t let China steal the technology.

The world knows we talk the talk, but won’t walk the walk. So the arms bazaar is doing brisk business. The billions being spent on weapons says more about our allies not relying upon USA as trust worthy in a time of need.

F-35 is serious weapon system for the next war that is coming.
